Jesús Naidenoff is a Venezuelan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt based in Miami, Florida. He began training BJJ in Venezuela in 2010 and earned his Black Belt under the legendary Zé Mario Sperry in 2024.

With more than 15 years of experience, Jesús has coached children, adults, beginners, advanced practitioners, and competitive athletes. His current work is focused primarily on experienced practitioners and BJJ competitors who want to improve decision-making, adaptability, and performance under live resistance.

He offers personalized coaching for competitors, using an original training system influenced by Ecological Dynamics and the Constraints-Led Approach. His method uses longer games, broader objectives, and less prescriptive constraints, allowing athletes to explore, adapt, and develop solutions instead of being guided toward a single predetermined technique.

The goal is to help athletes build a more functional, adaptable, and competition-ready Jiu-Jitsu game.
